By accessing or using Snapshot Recipes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Snapshot Recipes is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Identify ingredients from photos
• Generate personalized recipe recommendations
• Provide nutritional information
• Create AI-generated images of dishes

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Snapshot Recipes offers subscription plans:

• Free Trial: New users receive a free trial period
• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Annual: $69.99 per year (Save $13.89)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Allergy and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Snapshot Recipes provides recipe suggestions and nutritional estimates for informational purposes only.

• Always verify ingredients for allergens before consuming
• AI-generated recipes may not account for all dietary restrictions
• Nutritional information is estimated and may vary
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse health effects
• Consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
