How does ingredient detection work?
Simply take a photo of your ingredients or select one from your gallery. Our AI analyzes the image and identifies the ingredients automatically. You can then add or remove ingredients before generating recipes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
Is the nutritional information accurate?
Nutritional information is estimated based on standard serving sizes and may vary depending on actual ingredients and portions used. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.
Can I use Snapshot Recipes with food allergies?
Yes! You can set your allergies in the Dietary Preferences section. However, always verify ingredients before consuming, as AI-generated recipes may not account for all variations of allergens.
How do I save a recipe?
Tap the heart icon on any recipe to save it to your favorites. You can access saved recipes from the "Saved Recipes" section in the menu.
What cuisines are available?
We offer over 25 global cuisines including Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, American, French, Korean, and many more!
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the User Agreement & Policies page in the app. This will permanently remove all your data including saved recipes and preferences.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Update to the latest version, 4) Restart your device. If issues persist, contact us at noreply@snapshotrecipes.app.
