Subscription Terms (EULA)

Free Trial: First month free on the Monthly plan only
Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month after free trial period
Annual Subscription: $89.99/year (No free trial)
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's subscription management (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android)
Refunds: Refunds handled according to App Store/Google Play policies

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snapshot Recipes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your Responsibility: YOU must verify ALL ingredients, check for allergens, consult medical professionals, and read product labels yourself.
Life-Threatening Risks: Food allergies can be FATAL. DO NOT rely solely on this App. Always verify manually and keep emergency medication available.
No Liability: Snapshot Recipes is NOT LIABLE for allergic reactions, food poisoning, illness, injury, or any health consequences from app use.

Children: Parents/caregivers MUST supervise app use. Never prepare food for children or individuals with severe allergies based solely on this app.

AI-Generated Content

Recipes: Generated by AI (OpenAI GPT-4), NOT by professional chefs or nutritionists. We do not endorse or guarantee any recipe. Use your own judgment.

Images: AI-generated artistic representations only — not photographs of actual food.

Nutrition: Estimated data from Edamam API. Not medical advice — consult a registered dietitian for medical dietary needs.

User Account and Data

You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, have one account per person, and be 13+ years old. Photos are processed by AI services. Preferences and saved recipes are stored locally. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT: use the app for commercial food service without permission, reverse engineer or modify the app, upload inappropriate/illegal/copyrighted content, use the app to harm others or violate laws, or share accounts/circumvent usage limits.

Intellectual Property

The App, design, and logo are owned by Snapshot Recipes. AI-generated recipes and images may be used for personal purposes only. Do NOT claim AI-generated content as your own or redistribute/commercially exploit it without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Snapshot Recipes SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for death, personal injury, allergic reactions, food-related illness, property damage, loss of data/profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
