Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Snapshot Recipes and its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for DEATH or PERSONAL INJURY from consuming recipes, ALLERGIC REACTIONS or food-related illness, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA or PROFITS, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, or ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER arising from app use.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY is to stop using the App.
